COVID-19 updates: FAST is in close communications with the City of Fairfield Fire Department and Solano County Health Department to provide updates to our passengers. FAST staff prioritizes the safety and health of our passengers and have taken preventative precautions with the likely continued spread of the COVID-19 novel coronavirus. Here’s what we’re doing to help keep our customers and employees healthy and safe.

NOTE: The Fairfield Transportation Center will remain open during regular business hours from 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday (excluding the first and third Fridays of the month). However, the Transit Store will be closed until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenice.

ADA Complaints

The City of Fairfield and Fairfield and Suisun Transit (FAST) has established a process for investigating and resolving complaints alleging any action prohibited by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Any person who believes she or he has been subjected to discrimination on the basis of disability may file a complaint under this procedure. It is against the law to retaliate against anyone who files a complaint or cooperates in the investigation of a complaint.
