Wings Over Solano!

The best pilots in the world showed up over Fairfield this weekend, and they did not disappoint. Thousands of people came out to Travis Air Force Base on April 25th and 26th for Wings Over Solano, and the energy was unforgettable. The Patriot Jet Team put on a precision flying display that left the crowd speechless. And when the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds took the sky at 3:15 p.m., the atmosphere was electric in a way that’s hard to put into words. The Full afternoon was packed. Wings of Blue parachute team. The Pink Jet L-39C. A Cargo Heritage Flight with a C-45 and C-47 that honored the deep history of military aviation fan. The Fairfield community has always had a deep connection to Travis and its people. Wings Over Solano is proof. Thousands showed up, FAST provided free shuttles to get everyone there, and not a single person wanted to leave.
