FAST Connect Service Changes

FAST Connect will be making a change to pick-up and drop-offs effective February 1, 2024.

What is the change? For non-DART riders, you will be sent to dedicated pick-up and drop-off points when booking your trip in the app or by calling to schedule a ride.

Why is this change being made? FAST Connect serves large areas in Fairfield. In order to keep vehicles moving quickly, reduce wait times, and make use of existing bus stop infrastructure, consolidated pick-up and drop-off points will be used.

What do I need to do? Nothing! You will be able to select the pick-up and drop-off point based on your origin and destination whether you book via the Ride Pingo app or call to schedule a ride. We will send a follow-up reminder with more details on the changes you will see in the Ride Pingo app before the change is made.
